Dispatch & Delivery Times

• Orders are dispatched within 3 working days after payment confirmation.
• UK deliveries typically take 3–5 business days once dispatched.
• International deliveries take approximately 7–14 business days, depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
• Delivery times are shown are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier services or customs are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight and destination. We keep our rates as fair as possible — you'll see the exact cost before you confirm your payment.

• Perishable items such as sweets and confectionery are packaged with care, but extreme temperatures during transit may affect product condition. We do not offer refunds for heat-related damage unless a tracked cold-shipping option was selected.

Returns & Refunds
